I ordered a phone case from casekaro.com, the grip just doesn’t feel right. It’s a bit slippery and awkward to hold, especially if I’m using my phone for a longer time. I keep having to adjust it in my hand, which gets annoying. Maybe their cases in general are more about looks than comfort, but based on this one, I’m not really happy with it.
"Not the Fit I Remember Expecting"
From what I remember when I ordered it, I expected the case to fit snugly, but it really didn’t. It felt off right away, like the shape just wasn’t made quite right for the device. Overall, the fit was terrible and I wouldn’t get it again.

The texture just feels kind of cheap, and the finish looked uneven in a few spots. I was expecting it to feel a little nicer

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I’ve been using the site on my phone, it works well for me. The buttons are easy to see and simple to tap, which I appreciate because some mobile sites make everything feel tiny or awkward. A few pages did take a little longer to load than I expected, so it wasn’t completely perfect, but it didn’t really get in the way too much. Overall, I’d say the experience was smooth enough and easy to figure out.

"Blurry and disappointing"
The print showed up looking blurry and kind of dull, nothing like the preview I saw when ordering. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering another print from them.

"Doesn’t Fit the Phone It’s Supposed To"
I ordered this for my exact phone model, so you’d think it would line up properly, but it doesn’t. The camera cutout is slightly off and the buttons are way harder to press than they should be. It feels like they sent a case for a similar model instead of the one I ordered. Frustrating.

"Website was a total pain to use"
Trying to use this website was such a headache. Pages loaded like they were stuck in 2005, the filters were basically useless, and every time I tried to choose a phone model, the stupid thing kept jumping back like it had a mind of its own.
Checkout wasn’t any better either. It was confusing, clunky, and made me re-enter my details twice, which was just ridiculous. After messing around with it for way too long, I gave up because the whole thing felt like a complete pain in the backside.

"Got a phone case from CaseKaro…"
Got a phone case from CaseKaro not too impressed. The material feels kind of cheap. Looked nice at first, but within less than 2 weeks the sides started getting loose. The print also began rubbing off around the corners. And I’m not even rough with my phone. Disappointing overall. Nice design, poor durability. Wouldn’t buy again.

"Color Was Way Off"
I ordered the dark blue case, what showed up looks almost purple. I know colors can look a little different depending on lighting or screens, but this was not even close to the photos on the site. I’m disappointed because I specifically picked it for the dark blue look.

"Checkout Was More Frustrating Than I Expected"
I was just trying to order a phone case and expected it to be a quick, simple checkout, but it ended up being frustrating. The page was slow, and after it refreshed, it made me enter the same details again. The payment section was also confusing because it showed one total earlier and then a different amount at the end, which made me uncomfortable continuing. I ended up giving up and buying from another site instead. Definitely not the smooth experience I was expecting.

"Solid protection, just a little chunky"
I've already dropped my phone twice with this case on, it handled both drops really well. The corners feel sturdy and like they can actually take a hit, which is great. I was impressed. That said, it's kind of annoying in my pocket because it feels a bit bulky, so I'm not giving it 5 stars. Still, it does what it's supposed to do.

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
I wasn’t too happy with my experience with Casekaro. Everything felt a bit slow and kind of confusing, and when the product finally came, it just wasn’t what I was expecting. I did try to get in touch for help, but it didn’t really feel like anyone properly sorted things out. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me, it just felt like a waste of time.

I’m sure the biggest issue was just the lack of communication. They barely replied, and the order updates were kind of confusing, so I never really knew what was going on. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

I asked for a replacement days ago, but I still haven’t gotten any proper update. It’s frustrating to be left waiting with no clear answer or timeline. At this point, the whole “we’ll get back to you” thing just feels disappointing

"Refund took way too long 😕"
I ordered something from Case Karo and ended up having to return it. They told me the refund would be done in a few days, but nothing actually happened. I kept checking and contacting support, but it was the same reply every time. it’s really frustrating when your money is stuck like that 😩 Not a good experience for me.
